4th October 2009 Training with Stewart Tompkins

Dudley Shukokai were pleased to welcome to the club Sensei Stewart Tompkins
FEKO assistant coach for a training session with a difference !!
His purpose of the session was fitness, co ordination, hand speed, leg speed and balance !! we did line work worked with medicine balls and finished off the session with ladders !!!

By the end of the session everyone had gained something to take away with them !!
We also had students join us from Bournmouth and Leeds and it gave us all the opportunity to train with different people.
One student was heard to say " that's one of the best karate lessons I have ever had and I haven't even thrown a punch ! "
Many thanks to sensei Tompkins for making the long journey from Bournmouth to share some of his skill with us !!!
